Shipping cost
BathNest currently offers free standard shipping on BathNest bathing stand orders to supported checkout destinations. If a destination is unavailable, PayPal will show this before payment.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 3?5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions or high-volume periods.
Estimated delivery
Estimated transit is 9?12 business days after dispatch for most supported destinations. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, weather, carrier delays, and remote locations may extend delivery.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, PayPal sends a shipping confirmation to the email supplied at checkout. Carrier tracking may take 2?5 business days to show its first scan.
Address changes
Contact support promptly after ordering. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
Email support with your order number. For damage reports, include photos of the shipping label, outer packaging, and product. We will review the carrier status and available resolution.
